Sam Raimi initially didn’t want to direct any future superhero films, having lost faith in himself due to the critical and audience backlash he received from Spider-Man 3 (2007) due to studio interference from Sony. However, getting the call from his agent about this film encouraged him to try again, as he had thoroughly enjoyed the first Doctor Strange film (as well as the character himself) and wanted see if he could live up to the challenge of meeting the audience’s expectations once again.
Doctor Strange 2 Movie Review
Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness is a pretty cool return to the magical misdeeds of Stephen Strange and his friends, though I spent the final day wondering if the main conflict of the movie is really effective or not.
While the movie is extremely entertaining and full of hilarious jumbles, one character’s arc left me feeling a bit unsatisfied. There’s also a sort of disconnect between SpiderMan: No Way Home and the Multiverse that leaves me feeling a bit overwhelmed.
However, these are ultimately just trivia with a movie that I particularly appreciate. Let’s take a look at the good, the bad and the scary of Doctor Strange 2. WandaVision again. However, there’s something about the premise here that bothers me a bit. I think it makes perfect sense for Wanda to become a villain with the Darkhold, but haven’t we done all of this before? WandaVision tells a mysterious and thrilling story of Wanda taking over a small town and its people to create the family she has always wanted.
Wanda uses such a great magic that she forgets the truth for a moment, believing that Vision (Paul Bettany) is still alive. Combining two kids does nothing. Created a fake reality out of sitcoms she watched as a child. She warped the fabric of reality, captured the minds of thousands of people, and enveloped her entire illusion in an almost impenetrable force field. love conquers all In the end, Chavez realizes that the only way to stop Wanda is not to fight her (the only thing everyone has tried so far) but to give her what she wants.
Finally, in control of his powers, Chavez opened a portal to Earth838 and the home of Wanda and her two sons. The boys were terrified of the woman in front of them. They run and scream at their biological mother.
Before that, Strange asked Wanda what she was going to do with the biological mother of boys in another universe and she didn’t have a definite answer. When they actually faced the reality of the situation, even the Darkhold’s evil influence faltered. She has become a monster, which her children fear. She begged and begged, but apparently neither magic nor persuasion could change reality.
Wanda838 approached her, looking pitiful and sad, and said, “Don’t worry. They will be loved.
And in the end, love saved the day. Wanda returns to his mountain temple and destroys every copy of the Darkhold across the multiverse. She is “killed” in the rubble of the mountain retreat when she falls. (There’s no way she’s actually dead – although Wanda616 is no more, the multiverse offers a multitude of options for reincarnating the character.)
